Venezuela Voyages
Venezuela Voyages acts solely as an intermediary in organizing travel. Its role is to coordinate the transport, accommodation and tourism services offered by third parties, such as airlines, hotels and tour operators. Venezuela Voyages has no control over these companies and is therefore not liable for damages, delays or other inconveniences arising from third-party services. The agency arranges services on behalf of its clients and reserves the right to accept or decline bookings and to modify or cancel services as circumstances require.
Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without prior notice until payment is confirmed. They include room accommodation and the services specified, but do not cover extras such as meals not specified, gratuities, excess baggage, immigration procedures or any other item not detailed in the programme.
Although itineraries are planned carefully, they may be modified due to operational factors such as weather conditions or transport schedules. Changes are made to ensure the best possible running of the trip and may not be notified in advance.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments must be completed 60 days before arrival. Any change or addition of services during the trip is paid directly by the traveller.
Payments can be made by deposit, bank transfer or directly on the Venezuela Voyages website.
Travellers must hold a valid passport and visas. Personal information is required, including full name, passport number, nationality, age and gender, as well as any medical condition or dietary preference.
The deposit paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Services not used by travellers are likewise non-refundable.
No refund is granted in the event of a traveller no-show or cancellation during the trip. Unused portions of tourism services will not be refunded either.
Changes of name, date, time or itinerary, as well as cancellations, may incur additional charges subject to the conditions of the service. In extreme cases such as illness or death, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the conditions of the fare or service purchased and to the provider's policies.
Cancellations of tourism services that include air, bus or rail transport already issued are non-refundable. Instead, an open ticket valid for one year from the date of issue may be offered. Certain services may be interrupted or cancelled due to weather conditions, civil disturbance or other reasons beyond the control of Venezuela Voyages or the service providers. No refund will be granted in these cases.
In the event of cancellation due to travel restrictions to the destination country, the issued ticket will remain open and valid for one year from the date of issue. This ticket is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If the cancellation occurs after the fare validity date, the deposit will be non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policies of the corresponding airline or provider.
